A letter to our clients: new office location
September
21, 2007
Dear Friend and Client:
I am delighted and excited to announce
my semi-retirement … and the beginning of my new home office!
In my 30 years of public
practice, I have developed a personal and business relationship with all of you.
I have enjoyed providing you expert tax advice and look forward to
continued service. In other words, I’m reducing my full-time practice to
selected clients such as YOU!
Obviously, you may
have some questions regarding this transition. The following is a snapshot of
continued and NEW services.
Procedures that will continue:
1. Pre-Scheduled office appointments for personal and business tax clients,
IRS letters, state notices and/or audits (i.e.
Please…No unannounced home
office visits);
2. Prepaid postage envelopes will still be mailed to bookkeeping clients;
3.
Offices hours will remain 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Monday through Friday);
4.
Client faxes will be responded to within 24 hours;
5.
Under normal circumstances, client email questions will be answered as soon as possible.
NEW Services:
1.
Emergency client problems will be addressed by personal cell phone
communication; (Sam’s cell number is 818.399.7461);
2.
A large drop box will be located by the front door for 24 hour drop off;
3.
“Good
News to all Clients” My new home
office will facilitate 20%-30% lower tax & accounting
fees with the same professional service.
Fortunately,
my home is located in a cul-de-sac, behind the southwest corner of Devonshire
and Corbin. A few blocks north of
the “OLD” Northridge office. Please
see driving instructions and map below. My
home address is:
New
Office Location

Office: (818) 701-1099
New Fax No. (818) 360-7337

The
Chatsworth home office means no more parking problems during tax season!
In
addition, Renee will continue making tax appointments and managing the office.
In
conclusion, since now retired, I am no longer a licensed CPA and therefore
cannot represent you in tax court. However, in my 30 years of practice, I’ve
never had to represent anyone in serious tax litigation. Nevertheless, I am
still a licensed income tax practitioner, giving me a volume of creative options
to apply tax laws in YOUR best
interest.
Sincerely,
Sam S. Sanchez
